Job Description
Job Profile :
- Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients
- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams
- Achieve annual business income targets, as established during the budgeting process;
- Regular liaising with director level people
- Negotiations and agreement signups
- Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate business development
- Should have excellent communication (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
- Should be willing to travel extensively (mostly locally)
- Self-directed work style with minimum direction
- Ability to work under pressure
