Job Description:
- This role acts an interface between Business/Operations and Technology vendors to drive the resolutions on new products defects and change request or new functionality help business/Operations implement technology solutions in a costeffective way by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders facilitators and partners: Business case
- CBA requirement gathering assistance in UAT implementation Project Management-Requirement gathering from Operations UW DOPS Claims Sales-Interface between Business and Technology to drive the resolutions on new products defects and change request or new functionality
- Strategy and Planning-Coordination with stakeholders
- Preparation of Business Requirement document BRD and test cases-UAT Testing
- Automation of process-Successful delivery of project
