What You'll Be Doing

This role would be responsible for managing Avon’s content marketing initiatives on the digital domain with a clear view to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and support key platform launches from time to time.

This role entails development & management of digital content & creatives across all digital platform of Avon. The person would be the custodian of content & creative experience on Avon’s platforms

We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, the person would be closely coordinating with internal & external stakeholders to develop & source digital content & creatives and will also need to develop content by self in the form of videos, tutorials, decks, presentations etc

Produces all external & internal digital content to be used across multiple digital platforms of Avon like Avon Website, App, Microsites, Internal training platforms, Digital brochures

Responsible for conceptualisation & development of digital creative requirements for work streams like Search, Display, Social, Email, Video, Mobile advertising etc.

Produces content for field training initiatives for digital platforms, tools and techniques

Responsible for online merchandising - the visual display of the pages, taxonomy, navigation, and onsite search experience

Measurement and optimization of the content marketing initiatives on an ongoing basis

Basic Requirements

AGE - 24-28

Qualifications -

BASIC - Bachleor’s degree

PROFESSIONAL – Masters in Marketing or
Journalism

EXPERIENCE 4-6 Years

LINGUSTIC – English, Hindi

COMPUTERS – Understanding of tools required for digital content development, any experience working on these tools would be a big plus.

Desirable Requirements

ABILITIES / Requirements –

Experience in developing content for the digital domain

Experience in creating digital content strategies

Should have a good understanding of digital platforms, digital creative & content formats

Understanding of social media platforms

Excellent communication and writing skills in English

Should have a creative outlook
