- Satin Creditcare Network Ltd. is urgently looking for HR Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager (Male Candidates only)
Eligibility:
- Post Graduate (MBA-HR) with 60% in PG
- Fresher (2-4 Years exp.)
- Only Male Candidates are eligible.
- Job location: Anywhere in Madhya Pradesh
- Salary: No bar for right candidate
Required Skills:
- Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening,Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & on Boarding etc)
- Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search.
- Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
- Candidate shall be self motivated & high on achievement orientation, Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection:
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals,
- Postings and Networking within time frame
- Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on required skills
- Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Taking care of the joining formalities, Induction, Interview Coordination
Exit Formalities:
- Consult with functional head and management for acceptance of resignation.
- Conduct exit interview, if needed for retention and reducing attrition.
- Ensure smooth exit formalities and co-ordinate with concerned Deptt. for smooth full and final disbursement, issue experience and relieving letter
Employee Engagement:-
- Organizing recreation activities FUN @ WORK Celebration of Birthday, Festival, Sports, Games & Fun activities and annual function.
- Addressing and attending to the employee grievances on regular basis towards effective resolution.
General Administration:
- Attendance/Leave Management
- HR record keeping & database management
- Interdepartmental Coordination
Personal Attributes:
- Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal).
- Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.

Satin Creditcare launched its operations as a provider of individual and small business loans and savings services to urban lenders in 1990, going on to be registered as an NBFC with the RBI in 1998 and converting into an NBFC-MFI in November 2013.
The company completed its IPO in the fiscal year of 1997 and was duly listed on the Delhi Stock Exchange (DSE), Ludhiana Stock Exchange (LSE) and the Jaipur Stock Exchange (JSE). Following the subsequent de-recognition of these exchanges by SEBI, Satin Creditcare listed its Equity Shares on the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) on May 19, 2015, on the NSE on August 26 and the BSE on October 20 in the same year, adhering to the guidelines and policies issued by SEBI regarding the exit option to regional stock exchanges (issued December 29, 2008) and the exit policy for derecognized/non-operational stock exchanges (issued May 30, 2012).
In 2017, Satin Creditcare incorporated Satin Housing Finance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary with the aim of providing financing in the affordable housing segment and leveraging our rural outreach. This foray into the MSME and housing finance segments was inevitable, keeping in line with the group company’s strategy of product diversification and movement from unsecured to secured lending.
Our business is primarily based on the Joint Liability Group model, which allows us to provide collateral-free, microcredit facilities to economically active women in both rural and semi-urban areas, who otherwise have limited access to mainstream financial service providers. We also offer loans to individual businesses and Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs); product financing for the purchase of solar lamps, as well as loans for the development of water connections and sanitation facilities.
