Assistant Manager – Industry Collaboration
Function/Group: TEPL
Experience: 1-3 yrs

What will you be doing?
- Responsible for growing the business by acquiring and developing Industry Clients in the region
- Work with the Support team members of the region to close the requirements of the clients
- Build a pipeline of potential Industry clients, sign them up, and activate them
- Develop Industry Collaborating strategy by ensuring a good mix of Industry clients
- Orient Industry Collaborating strategies and tactics towards differentiated value propositions commensurate with higher margins and better client retention amongst channel partners
- He should have vision to grow in the same profession
- Leverage innovative and social networking sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and to build a pipeline of candidates based on the needs of the business.
- Should maintain regular tracking of placed data and ensuring to pipeline the candidates on the Tally Job Portal
- Supports the Associate Manager in evaluating and improving placement tools and processes of the recruitment
Who are we looking for?
- Post-Graduates preferably MBA
- Good understanding of the recruitment theories and concepts
- Good understanding of the Organisation’s policies and processes related to Placement Services
- Good knowledge of MS Office and other similar productivity tool
- Excellent communication (English and Regional), presentation, listening and consulting skills are vital and should be able to process a wide range of information and Communicate it clearly to the Clients
- Analytical skills (Market, Segment, Businesses)
- Good decision making and negotiation skills
- Customer Orientation skills
