Assistant Manager job vacancies in Federal Bank
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates should have the minimum 1 year experience in Officer Cadre/2 years experience in Clerical Cadre in Scheduled Commercial Banks to be eligible for selection as Assistant Manager in Level I Graduation (qualifying examination) in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from any recognized university or other institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of U G C Act, 1956
Candidates should not exceed 28 years of age as on 01.10.2019 (Candidates should be born on or after 01.10.1991), to be eligible for selection as Assistant Manager in Level I
Probation Period: Candidates selected for appointment will be on probation for a period of 1-2 years.
Roles and Responsibility: Customer Acquisition, Business Survey, Augmentation of Para Banking Income and assisting the team in achieving all the business targets of the Bank, Front-end customer-facing role to meet the expected standards of external and internal customer service rendered by the Branch, by ensuring the process standardization, timely service, inculcation of customer-centric culture and strong operational controls in accordance with the quality standards of the BankEnsuring customer delight by personally attending the customers who visit the Branch and assisting élem with the banking operations and functions.
Remuneration per annum would be between Rs.7.30 Lakhs and Rs.10.20 Lakhs depending upon the place of posting and other factors. The Take Home Pay will be around Rs.45,000 per month (exclusive of statutory deductions).
Domicile: Candidates should be domiciled in the States of Delhi, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Odisha or Assam and should not have any location constraints.
