Assistant Manager recruitment in Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd.
3. Assistant Manager [Manufacturing]/Grade E1 / Baroda- 1 OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)
Qualification: Full Time Regular Degree in Engineering. AMIE also eligible. (Courses taken up in part time, correspondence and distance learning mode are not eligible.) Graduate Engineer in Mechanical or equivalent
Experience: 1 year (Candidates with experience of 3 years in hands-on shop floor management role in new, semi-automatic sheet metal plant operated through contract staff shall be preferred)
Age: 27 yrs
4 .Assistant Manager [Manufacturing] Grade E1 /Asaoti 1 -UR
Qualification: Full Time Regular Degree in Engineering. AMIE also eligible. (Courses taken up in part time, correspondence and distance learning mode are not eligible.) Graduate Engineer in Electrical or equivalent .
Experience: 1 year (Candidates with experience of 3 years in hands-on production and maintenance role for sheet metal industry in PLC environment shall be preferred)
Age: 27 yrs
5. Assistant Manager [HR] Grade E1 / Kolkata 1 UR
Qualification: Two years regular full time MBA (HR)/ MSW (Courses taken up in part time, correspondence and distance learning mode are not eligible.) Experience: 1 year (Candidates with relevant experience of Recruitment/ Appraisal/ OB/ OD initiatives/ Corporate HR in CPSE/ CPSE subsidiaries shall be preferred)
