Designation: Assistant Manager – NRI Client Sourcing
Job brief:
- We are looking for a telesales Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential NRI clients.
- The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a large number of outbound calls
- Identify customers’ needs, take customer's information, align them with the sales team
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient in MS Excel
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years
- Salary Range: Between 1.44 LPA to 2.40 LPA
- If revenue is more than 1 Lac – 10,000 per sale
- If revenue is less than 1 Lac – 5,000 per sale
- Quarterly sales bonanza if the revenue is more than 10 lacs in a quarter or highest sales individual will get 15 days overseas company paid sales training.
