Job Description
- A person with minimum graduation degree (preferably from Technical background)in any disciplined and having at least 2 years of work experience in skill industry in similar position can apply for this position.
- Good command on Hindi & English language, functional efficiency on computers, high level presentation skills, ability to liaison with private as well as government sector, comfort in team handling and willingness to travel in various states of India are essential requirements for this position.
- Responsibilities of planning and executing end to end training programs with effective cost saving mode.
- Establishment of training centers of company and training partners for skill development training programmes in various states of India.
- Assisting for smooth functioning of training centers under various skill development schemes.
- Monitoring all issues related to candidates Training, Assessments , Placements, Compliance.
- Responsibilities of planning and executing end to end training programs with effective cost saving mode.
- Responsible for monitoring students acquisition, entry gating, placements and post placement activates including industry interaction for on the job training and placement of the trained candidates.
- Team handing and reporting.
- Handling other related issues
