- Males - Day shift (Rotational)
- Freshers: 1.70 LPA
- Experienced: upto 3 LPA (Depending on last drawn salary & interview performance)
Job role:
- Handling Customer Queries and Providing Information as per Defined Standards
- Effective Re dress of all Customer Complaints and Providing Solutions/escalating Problems
- Follow Up On Escalations and Closing Them
- Educating Customers About Bank's other Products and Services
- Generating Leads and Passing Them to Concerned Department
- Providing Feedback to the Team Leaders About Product and Process and Contribute to the Improvement
- Educating Customers About Channel Migration
- Improve Efficiency as per Interactions and Feedback Received
- Updating Product and Processes in Data bank
- Dealing with Banking schemes.
- Pitching for banking products to the customers
- Achieving set targets for the company.
- Should be a Graduate
- Should Have Good Communication skills in English
- Should be Flexible with Shifts
- Should be interested working in a banking sector.
- Will be on the direct Payroll of Bank
- Each and every bank holidays will be given
