Job Summary

Business development.
Promoting cross-selling & up-selling.
Conducting market research & competitor & customer analysis.
Developing / creating new strategies & processes to achieve business-targets & eventually organization’s goals.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market, customer’s requirements & evaluating available options.
Resolving internal conflicts & managing priorities.
Customer relationship management.
Ensuring ‘customer delight’.
Conducting timely visits at the client side, for payment collections.
Ensuring recurring / renewal business from the same client.
Handling perpetual audits.
Managing monthly-operations-MIS & reports.
Should be able to coordinate with various teams, in order to close any new business deals.
Should be able to integrate contract requirements with business operations.
Proactively updates job-knowledge, by participating in various training-opportunities & forums, or may be by reading
professional publications relevant to the area of work.
