Job Summary
- Business development.
- Promoting cross-selling & up-selling.
- Conducting market research & competitor & customer analysis.
- Developing / creating new strategies & processes to achieve business-targets & eventually organization’s goals.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market, customer’s requirements & evaluating available options.
- Resolving internal conflicts & managing priorities.
- Customer relationship management.
- Ensuring ‘customer delight’.
- Conducting timely visits at the client side, for payment collections.
- Ensuring recurring / renewal business from the same client.
- Handling perpetual audits.
- Managing monthly-operations-MIS & reports.
- Should be able to coordinate with various teams, in order to close any new business deals.
- Should be able to integrate contract requirements with business operations.
- Proactively updates job-knowledge, by participating in various training-opportunities & forums, or may be by reading
- professional publications relevant to the area of work.
