Assistant Manager - Key Accounts Jobs in Delhi - Objective blue
Job Description
Since we are a self-funded start-up, we are looking at all rounders who are willing to join the company at an early stage.
• Responsible for building the lead funnel for B2B leads at Objective Blue
• First contact with admin and HR heads of key clients and corporates
• Establishing relationship with facility management companies and contract agencies to increase the brand image and brand recall.
• Booking appointments with customers for sales team for product demos, meetings, etc.
• Meet and exceed agreed targets of leads contacted and converted
• Effectively coordinating with sales team to ensure no appointment gets missed
• Ensuring seamless communication between operations and sales teams for client servicing
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills (both Hindi and English) & ability to engage on phone. • Bachelor’s degree is must
• No minimum experience is necessary, although 1-2 years is beneficial
• Planning and organising skills; Maintaining lead status on excel sheets / google drive
