Job Description
In line with the prescribed guidelines, the candidate will also need to meet the following criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum work experience of 3 yrs. in BPO/customer service (Full-Time Employment) which should include a minimum of 12 months in ACIS.
- Must not be under IAP/Disciplinary Procedure.
- Should have been rated in the I or II Performance Category for the year 2014
- Applicants will be eligible for a single grade change only
