POSITION: Inspector (Asst. Manager - Quality Assurance)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: DIPLOMA in plastic Engg., Mechanical, electrical & automobile.

GRADE: D1 (Asst. / Dy. Manager)

REPORTING: D1 / E1.

LOCATION: YIPL Wagholi, Pune

SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Working knowledge of Meter quality assurance 2. Knowledge of Meter PPAP, Control plan, FMEA, Advance QC tools etc.
3. Knowledge of drawing (Can understand the drawing)
4. Knowledge of IATF 16949, 8D, Attend customer complaints.
5. Knowledge of IMM equipment like DVC, Height gauge, Micrometer, VMM, IDM, PP, MFI, Slip gauges &, etc.
6. Well-known with 7QC tools, PFD, PFMEA & CP. 7. Soft skills like MS-office, MS-Excel, etc.
8. Proficient in languages like HINDI, MARATHI & ENGLISH.
9. Self-motivated.
10. Knowledge of report preparation and document controls.
11. Knowledge of component Testing.
12. Defect analysis

BRIEF ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:

Reduction in Customer Complaints/Feedback/QRE issue/Warranty process defect reduction activities
Process Improvement
Troubleshooting of fault related to quality.
To attend to the field-related issue.
To Achieve customer PPM Targets.
To meet KPI TARGET set by management.
