- Will be responsible to manage sales of home loans in given region.
- Sourcing of new business from walking customer & through cold calling, open market.
- Guiding clients for obtaining loan.
- Collect documents as per loan requirements.
- To act as a productive resource by meeting targets.
- Maintaining good relationships with home finance team.
- Exploring new ideas & ways to achieve productivity.
- Preparing & maintaining MIS report.
- 1-9 yrs experience in Mortgage, Preffered in affordable housing.
- Flexible for travelling in India.
- Channel Management.
- Good communication.
- Customer Orientation.
- Confident & positive approach.
- Experienced in LOAN/mortgage/LAP.
- Should be experienced in any sales,marketing or field work.
- Must be willing to take field sales job.
- Remuneration-Best in the industry, commensurate with his qualifications & experience.
