Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Understand clients’ needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties.
Site Visits: Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting the benefits and features of each listing.
Negotiation: Facilitate price and contract negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
Documentation: Assist clients with paperwork, contracts, and legal formalities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
