Job Description
- We have a job opening for the post of “Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing” in a Real Estate company “Prop Magnet”.
- Position Title : Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
- Location : Gurgaon
- Qualification : Any Graduate/Post-Graduate
- Required Experience : 0.6 – 1 Year
- Salary : 1,20,000 – 1,80,000 PA + Incentives #Negotiable for Right Candidate
- Working Days : 6 Days a week
- Candidate should be capable for selling commercial/Residentials/leasing/affordables properties of Gurgaon
- Candidate should achieve the sales target and to make calls on given leads
- Conducting sales calls and closing the deal
- Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with clients till closure
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
- Report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure
- Needs to be comfortable with field sales and visiting
- Knowledge of Real Estate industry and Gurgaon locations
- Bike or other transport is compulsory
- Smartphone is compulsory
- Candidate from Real Estate Industry will be preferred.
