Job Description
BOB Financial Solutions invites application for the position Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer- Fraud Risk Management (Falcon)
Role & Responsibilities:
a. Manage fraud prevention originations, authorizations and payment strategies that balance loss prevention and customer experience.
b. Work closely with the management for achieving the performance metrics & track system downtime.
c. Prepare and present monthly fraud performance reporting to management and business partners.
d. Prepare and present analytics results to business partners and management.
e. Collaborate with Operational partners to communicate awareness of fraud trends and initiatives.
f. Lead implementation of fraud risk management framework.
g. Review electronic cases produced by the Falcon Fraud system.
h. Analyze transaction patterns and respond quickly to high-risk situations.
i. Identify changing fraud trends and recommend possible Falcon strategy changes to reduce fraud loss.
j. Process Lost/Stolen account calls as necessary.
k. Verify account activity and take appropriate action to minimize potential fraud loss and customer inconvenience.
Job specific skills: Applicants should possess the following attributes:
i. Falcon review with higher ups and management.
ii. Hold routine department meetings to keep staff updated on department issues.
iii. Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
iv. Minimum 2 years of experience working on Falcon & credit/debit card fraud operations.
v. Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
vi. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
vii. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
viii. Ability to communicate with internal and external management in all levels and in all aspects.
ix. Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shift environment.
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Post graduate Degree will be an added advantage
Minimum Experience: 3+ Year in service industry (preferably credit cards) as on last date of receipt of application.
Location of posting: Mumbai. The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) within the organization / parent organization / any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary. Candidate is liable to be transferred to any other location in India
Age Limit: Maximum Age on the last date of application: 45 Years as on date of receipt of Application
