Job Description 

We are looking to fill our position of Assistant Producer in the production team of our company. An AP will oversee the production process from start to finish and move the production forward properly and efficiently. They keep track of schedules and track the smallest of details to achieve better results in production. 

• The assistant producer role is a Full-time job (Not a freelance position)

• The job is currently working from home basis.

• The position has defined working hours and days.

The Key Roles of an Assistant Producer:-

• Overseeing the production throughout the different stages of production.

• To track the progress of each project and update them accordingly.

• Preparing tracking sheets, summary sheets, and reports of the production process. 

• Preparing Production documents. 

• Build schedules for production management. 

• Communicating and coordinating with all departments. 

• Supervision over the production and observation of all the minute details. 

• Assisting the Line Producer. 

• Keeping a track of all projects in the backlog and inventory management.

• Knowledge of Flim Screenplay writing like - Final Draft 

• Knowledge of Editing Software like - Abode Premiere Pro, After Effects, AutoDeck Maya animation. 

• Knowledge of Google Docs, Excel Spreadsheets, Powerpoint Presentation.   

Qualifications Required:-

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Educational background in Film & Television Studies, Mass Communication & Journalism, Multimedia studies, or similar studies. 

• Keen interest in Film Production and Management.

• Must be willing to work hard. 

• Must be willing to learn new things 

• Freshers can apply.
