Educational Qualification: B.tech in Production Engineering from recognized Technical Board/ Institute with not less than 50% marks.
Diploma (Preferred)
JOB DESCRIPTION: To calculate the cycle time & motion study of all machines/workstations Time Study/Motion study/Machine scheduling. Time Study/Motion study/Machine scheduling. To ensure daily machine scheduling, monitor, and control. To ensure two days advance production plan and freeze it. To follow ISO and customer-defined standards. To maintain the 5s, Cleanliness, and discipline at the company. Calculation of various industrial tools like motion study, cycle time, tact time, OTIF, OEE, etc. Ensuring availability of all resources, (man, material, machine, and methods.) Reduction of manpower by 15 PERCENT. Optimum utilization of resources.
