Qualifications :  Bachelors and Masters in Fine Art (Painting) with First Class either in Bachelors or Masters degree from a recognized University.

Pay Scale :  Rs. 15600 - 39100 in PB-3 with Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 6,000. General Central Service Group, ‘A’ Gazetted Non-Ministerial.

Age Limit : 35 years.
