Qualification :  a) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject (Forensic Science/Chemistry – Forensic Chemistry / Hospital Administration/ Criminology/ Food Technology/ Forensic Pharmacy / Pharmaceutics) or allied/relevant disciplines from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign b) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET/SET/SLET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR. c) Notwithstanding anything contained in (b) above candidates, who are, or have been awarded a PhD Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of PhD Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET. d) NET/SET/SLET shall also not be required for such Master Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SET/SLET is not conducted.

Pay Scales :  Rs. 15600-39100+6000/-

Assistant Engineer (Class – II)

Qualification & Age Limit :  a) possess a degree in Engineering (Civil) obtained from any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institutions recognised as such or declared to be a deemed university under section 3 of the UGC Act; b) not more than 35 years; c) preference may be given to a candidate possessing relevant experience of 3 years; d) basic knowledge of computer application

Pay Scales :  9300-34800+4600/-

Application Fees :  Rs. 500 (Rs 150 Fees for the SC / ST candidates and Nil for Disabled Person on producing the photocopy of the relevant certificate) through NEFT or Bank Draft drawn in favour of The Registrar, Gujarat Forensic Sciences University payable at Gandhinagar.
