Assistant Professor Food Production:
Qualification: First Class in 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or 3 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Catering Studies/Catering Technology or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management.
Experience: 3 to 5 years managerial experience in the hospitality industry or 3 to 4 years’ experience in 4 star or 5-star properties with specialization in Indian cuisine preferably.
Food & Beverage service:
Qualification: First Class in 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or 3 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Catering Studies/Catering Technology or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management / Tourism Management
Experience: 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in industry & 2 years of teaching experience.
Accommodation Operations (Front Office and House Keeping):
Qualification: First Class in 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or 3 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Catering Studies/Catering Technology or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management / Tourism Management
Experience: 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in industry & 2 years of teaching experience. (Preferably Lady Candidates).
Revenue Management and Sales and Marketing (for Masters in Hotel Management Program):
Qualification: First Class in 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or 3 years Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Catering Studies/Catering Technology or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.
Management Studies (for Masters in Hotel Management Program):
Eligibility: Ph.D. with 3 to 4 years of industry experience and teaching experience in HR/ Marketing/ Finance.
Dietetics and Applied Nutrition:
Eligibility: Ph.D. in the relevant field of dietetics and applied nutrition with 3 to 4 experience each in teaching and working in a hospital.
