Job Description
Assistant Professor for ESIC Medical College located at Basaidarapur, New Delhi on Contractual basis.
Educational & Other qualifications (As per latest MCI guidelines & amendment):: For General Disciplines: Educational Qualifications Essential For Medical Candidates: i) A Recognized Medical Qualification Included In The First Or Second Schedule Or Part-ii Of The Third Schedule To The Indian Medical Council Act Of 1956. Holders Of Educational Qualifications Included In Part-ii Of The Third Schedule Should Also Fulfill The Conditions Stipulated In Section 13 (3) Of The Act. A Post Graduate Qualification E.g. Md/ms Or A Recognised Qualification Equivalent Thereto In The Respective Subject/ Allied Discipline.
Essential For Non-medical Candidates: (i) A Postgraduate Qualification I.e. Masters Degree In The Concerned Subject/allied Discipline. (ii) A Doctorate Degree Ofa Recognised University In The Respective Subject/allied Discipline. The Respective Subject/allied Discipline Should Be As In The Table-i Of Schedule I Of The Note. Mci - Minimum Qualifications For Teachers In Medical Institutions Regulations, 1998.
Experience: i) For the candidates possessing MD/MS (Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery) Degree from MCI recognized medical colleges: Three years teaching experience in the subject as Resident/ Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor in a recognized medical college either during the post-graduate course or after obtaining postgraduate degree in the subject.
