 Qualifications : 1. Good academic record with at least 55% marks at Master's Degree level in the relevant subject or an equivalent grade B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O,A,B,C,D,E,&F at the Masters Degree In the relevant subject.Relaxable by 5%(ie.from 55% to 50%)marks at Masters Degree level and 5% at graduate level under the term “Good Academic Record” to SC/ST/Physically &Visually handicapped Candidates only.

2.For the post listed under serial number 10 above Good academic record with at least 55%marks or an equivalent grade at the Masters Degree with subject Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology,M.Sc in Computer Science,M.Sc(IT),M.C.A.,M.E.(Computer Engineering),M.Tech.(Computer Technology).

3.Candidates for all the above posts besides fulfilling the above qualifications should have cleared the eligibility test NET/SET or JRF for Assistant Professor conducted by UGC/CSIR/University Recognized by UGC.However,Candidates who are or have been awarded PhD.Degree in accordance with the university grants commission(Minimum Standareds and Procedure for award of Ph.D Degree Regulations,2009)in the concernedsubjects as incorporated in relevant Goa University Ordinance,shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SET.

Reservation of Post :

If suitable reserved category candidates from the State of Goa are not available,candidates from unreserved category will be considered for appointement for one academic year on contractual/Lecture basis and the candidates so appointed will have no legal right or claim on the said post next academic year.

Pay and Service condition : As prescribed  by Goa University/UGC/Directorate of Higher Education,Govt.of Goa from time to time.

General :

1.The lecture basis posts will be filled up only for the academic year.

2.Incomplete application shall not be considered.

3.Application who are already employed shall forward their application through proper channel and shall account for breaks,if any,in their academic career.

4.Physically disabled candidates should attach necessary certificate from Medical Authorities.
