Professional Requirements:
1. The candidate must hold a Masters degree in Management and HR with 5 - 8 years of
experience
2. Experience in working in a similar environment
3. High level of organizational and planning skills
4. Ability to work under pressure at key times
5. Excellent interpersonal and ability to interface with stakeholders: students, teachers and staffs, corporate
6. Willing to travel extensively.

Salary : Approx. Rs. 40,000 - 50,000/- (Mumbai) & Rs. 25,000 - 35,000 (Ranchi)
