Qualifications: 1. MD/DNB(Emergency Medicine). In their absence
MD/DNB(General Medicine)/MS/DNB(General Surgery) /
DNB(Respiratory Medicine), MD/DNB (Anaesthesia) /MS /
DNB(Orthopaedics)with 2 years training in Emergency Medicine.
2. Three years teaching experience in the subject as Resident/
Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor in a recognized medical college either during
the post graduation course or after obtaining post graduate degree in the
subject.
3. One year Senior Residency after successful completion of PG Course in a Government Medical college. Note: For the candidates possessing DNB Qualification from MCI recognized medical institutions, three years teaching experience in the subject in a recognized medical institutions either during the DNB course or after possessing DNB qualification. In addition the DNB qualified candidates should have undergone one year Senior Residency after completion of PG course in the concerned subject in a Government Medical College.
