Part Time / Visiting Faculty & Non-Teaching Supporting Staff (Technical / Ministerial) job recruitment in  Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University For Women (IGDTUW). On Contract Basis

Assistant Professor (Applied Science and Humanity)

Educational and other qualifications : (i) Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system in followed at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject form an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. (ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. (iii) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) of above, candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent positions in Universities/Colleges/Institutions. (iv) NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not conducted.

Assistant Professor (Architecture and Planning)

Educational and other qualifications : First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture OR Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; AND First Class Master’s Degree in Architecture.

Experience: (Excluding time period for acquisition of P.G. / Ph.D. Qualification)

Desirable: One year teaching experience as visiting Teacher. Experience for candidates from Practice Desirable: One year teaching experience as visiting teacher.

Lab Assistant Grade-I

Educational and other qualifications: BCA/B.Sc/Diploma in Engg with 50 % marks or equivalent from a recognised University/Board or equivalent. Or 10+2 with Science with 55% marks from a recognised Board or equivalent with at least 03 years experience in the related field in a University/Educational Institution/Autonomous Body/PSU/Corporate Sector of repute. Or Secondary (10th with at least 55% marks and ITI Pass with 55% marks from a recognised Board/Institution or equivalent with at least 3 years experience in related field in a University/Educational Institution/Autonomous Body/PSU/ Corporate Sector of repute.

Laboratory Assistant II

Educational and other qualifications:  (a) 10+2 with Science Subject with at least 55% marks from a recognised Board Or Equivalent Or Secondary (10th with at least 55% marks and ITI in a science/technology discipline from a recognised Board/Institution or equivalent Or Bachelor’s degree in Science/Computer applications from a recognised University or equivalent. (b) Certificate/Diploma in Computer applications of at least six months duration from a reputed institution (applicable for non BCA candidates)

Junior Assistant

Educational and other qualifications: Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) with at least 55% marks or equivalent from a recognised Board/University/Institution Or (a) Three years Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised University (b) Data Entry Speed of at least 10500 Key Depressions per Hour for English or 9000 Key Depressions per Hour for Hindi on Computers.

Multi Task Staff

Educational and other qualifications : Matriculation from a recognised Board/University or equivalent

Pay Scale: 1. Lab. Asstt. Grade-1 /Lab. Asstt. Grade-2/Jr. Asstt. (Graduate and above / Skilled) Rs. 705/-  (Rs. 18332/-)
