Assistant Professor

Department : Arts, Humanities ,Sciences ,Social Sciences ,Commerce ,Education ,languages, law. journalism and Mass Communication.

Qualification :

I . Good Academic Record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55 % of the marks of equivalent grade where grading system is practiced the of the marks of equivalent grade where grading system is practiced the of the Master Degree level in a relevant subject from Indian University ,or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university .

II.  Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidates should have cleared the National Eligibility Test ( NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR are similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.

III.  Holders of Ph. D degree as on the date of Notification of these Regulations, along with those candidates who are awarded a Ph. D degree through a process of admission , registration , course work and external evaluation as laid down I the UGC ( Minimum Standard and Procedures for award of Ph. D Degree ) , Regulation 2009 and so adopted by the University , shall be exempted from NET/SLET/SET.

IV. A relaxation of 5%may be provide at the graduate and masters level for the SC/ST/ Differentlyabled ( Physically and Visually handicapped ) categories for the purpose of eligibility and for assessing good academic record during direct recruitment to teaching positions , Rounding off marks it to 55 % or 50 % as the case many be claiming relaxation .

V Good academic Score in M.B.Bs /Master Degree in Anatomy / Physiotherapy / Health Education Minimum with at least 55 % marks of its Equivalent grade of 55 % marks where grading system is practiced .

Librarian

Qualification : I. Master degree in Library Science / Information Science /Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of 55% marks where grading system is practiced and a Consistently good academic record with knowledge on computerization of library .

II. Qualification In the National Eligibility Test ( NET ) or other accredited test like SLET/SET in Library science conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC .

III. Holders of Ph. D degree as on the date of Notification of these Regulations, along with those candidates who are awarded a Ph.
