Regional Institute of Education recruiting 55 Vacancies for Various Post

Assistant Professor /22 Post

Qualification : I. Good academic record as defined by the concerned university with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) at the Master’s Degree level in a relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. II. Besides fulfilling the above qualification, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) in the relevant subject conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. III. Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-clauses (i) and (ii) to this Clause, candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of Assistant Professor or equivalent position in universities/Colleges/Institutions.

PGT/ 10  Post

Qualification : 1. Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in concerned subject and in aggregate. For PGT (Biology)– Botany/Zoology/Life Sciences/Bio Sciences/Genetics/Micro Biology/Bio Technology/Molecular Bio/Plant Physiology provided they have studied Botany and Zoology at Graduation Level. 2. B.Ed or equivalent qualification from a recognized University with methodology in concerned subject. 3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.

Qualification : 1. Four years integrated Degree Course of Regional Institute of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with atleast 50% marks in aggregate OR Second Class Bachelor’s Degree with atleast 50% Marks in the concerned subject (s) and in aggregate including elective and Languages in the combination of subjects: For TGT (Social Science) - Any two of the following: History, Geography, Economics & Political Science of which one must be either History or Geography. For TGT (Science) – Botany, Zoology and Chemistry. 2. Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the CBSC in accordance with the Guidelines framed the NCTE for the purpose. 3. Desirable :- 1. Knowledge of wireless or Radio Engineering. 2. At least 03 years of working experience in TV Radio Studio. OR Similar recording set up in any organization.
