1 Assistant Professor of Anatomy

Qualification: i. A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) ii. A Postgraduate qualification, e.g. MD/MS in Anatomy or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline or subject; Experience: Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Anatomy after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D/MS in Anatomy or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto


2 Assistant Professor of Physiology


Essential Qualification: i. A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13 (3) of the Act.) ii. A Postgraduate qualification, i.e. M.D in Physiology or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. Experience: Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Physiology after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D in Physiology or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Qualification : FOR MEDICAL CANDIDATES: i. A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) ii. A Postgraduate qualification, i.e. M.D in Biochemistry or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. Experience: Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Biochemistry after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D in Biochemistry or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto. FOR NON-MEDICAL CANDIDATES: i. Post Graduate Qualifications, i.e. Master’s Degree in Biochemistry or allied subjects. ii. A Doctorate (Ph. D) Degree from a recognized University/institute. Experience: Three years’ teaching and/or research experience in Biochemistry or subject concerned after obtaining the Doctorate Degree

Essential Qualification: i. A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) ii. A Postgraduate qualification, i.e. M.D in Pathology or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. Experience: Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Pathology after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D in Pathology or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto

6 Assistant Professor of Microbiology

Essential Qualification: i. A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act.) ii. A Postgraduate qualification, i.e. M.D in Microbiology or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. Experience: Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Microbiology after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D in Microbiology or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

7 Assistant Professor of Pharmacology

Qualification : FOR MEDICAL CANDIDATES: i. A Postgraduate qualification, i.e. M.D/MS in Forensic Medicine or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto. Experience: Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in Forensic Medicine after obtaining the qualifying degree of M.D/MS in Forensic Medicine or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Senior Residents

Qualification: A Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in respective discipline from recognized university/Institute. Note:- If candidates i.e., MD/MS/DNB are not available/eligible in any particular specialty, those who are having 02 years Post Graduate Diploma after M.B.B.S in the concerned specialty can be considered.

Scale of Pay :

Assistant Professor: Rs.101500 – 167400
Senior Resident: Level 11 (67700 – 150800)
Tutor / Demonstrator: Level 10 (56100 – 124500)

Age Limit :

Assistant Professor: Not exceeding 50 years as on closing date i.e 16.03.2018
Senior Resident: Not exceeding 33 years as on closing date i.e 16.03.2018 Demonstrators/ Tutors: Not exceeding 35 years as on closing date i.e 16.03.2018

Details Of Application Fees:
Rs.500/ for General (UR) & OBC category Rs.250/ for SC/ST category (Recent caste certificate to be produced). Application Fee is exempted in case of candidates applying for the above mentioned posts under PwD category.
