Job Description

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Exp : 1 to 10 Yrs experience in Pharma, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durable, Financial and other Non-Financial sectors, Banking sales, Life insurance product and other Insurance product sales
  • Two wheeler & Good Communication is must.
  • Age; 23 to 40 years
  • Total work experience should be more then 2yr's
  • Insurance / Banks - 1 yr of Direct Marketing/Sales experience
  • Graduation (10 +2 + 3) /MBA.
  • English + Kannada or English + any regional language can apply
Job Description:
  • Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors(Ex: Housewife, retired person, students, any family members etc) who are highly productive and in accordance with the business plan within stipulated timeframe.
  • Driving Sales - Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
  • Manage team performance and productivity - Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.
  • Leadership - Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.
  • Mentoring and Training - Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors' performance. Involves attending sales calls (outside the office)
