Job Description:-

• Recruit qualified agents inline with manpower targets through recruitment support (recruitment agency, ads, etc) and own referrals.
  
• Deliver support to agents through coaching and act as a role model.
  
• Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information, address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals.
  
• Set weekly production target for a team of agents.
  
• Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill.
  
• Identify agents development needs and work with Training Department to schedule appropriate technical, product and skills training.
  
• Develop agents in line with career development/training requirements of the Company.
  
• Hard core field work.
  
• Achieve team sales target.
  
• Meet customers to resolve issues where necessary.
  

• Minimum Graduates with good communication skills.
  
• Localities preferable or else minimum 3 yrs in the current location.
  
• Minimum 2-3 years Sales experience in any industry.
  
• Salary: Negotiable + (Depends on Location)Reimbursement + Attractive Incentives + other perks.
