Job Role: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Coordinate daily laundry operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.

2) Manage equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.

3) Coordinating with Staff to follow standard operating procedures.

4) Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

5) Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.

6) Maintain inventory levels of detergents, cleaning supplies, and other materials.

7) Order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.

8) Address operational issues and resolve conflicts among staff or customers.
