The Company’s core business is credit card issuance. It also provides support to Bank of Baroda by carrying out its merchant acquiring operations
1. Position: Assistant Vice President - Human Resources
2. Job specific skills: Applicants should possess the following attributes:
a. Extensive experience in broad range of human resource domains including compensation, organization development, talent management and acquisition.
b. Ability to re-write and cross question to redefine the practices
c. Proven pro-active hands-on approach. Attention for detail
d. Strong analytical skills with ability to strategically solve problem
e. Track record of having worked on building extraordinary culture
f. Prior work experience in consulting or BFSI sector is preferred
g. Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning and organizational skills.
h. Great communicator, listener and collaborator
3. Educational Qualifications: MBA in HR or related post-graduation degree and work experience in industrial psychology, human resources field.
4. Minimum Experience: Graduate with 12+ Years of Experience or Post Graduate / Professional Degree with 8+ Years of Experience.
5. Location of Posting: Open (Hybrid Work Model) The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) within the organization / parent organization / any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed necessary. Candidate is liable to be transferred to any other location in India.
