Description:
- Facilitation of a business unit's processes, including sales, operations, and business development functions.
- This role will handle escalations, ensure process adherence, and take charge of sales process metrics like closure rate and communication quality.
- A completely hands-on approach is required to deliver successfully.
Key responsibilities will include
- Monitoring and responding to incoming sales leads.
- Ensuring process adherence on sales followups.
- Coaching team members on improving closure rates, and on overall communication quality.
- Monitor automated processes, and suggest improvements with time.
Job specifics:
Shift timings: As per US timings, overlap across Pacific, Central and Eastern time zones required.
Work hours:
- 9.5* hours/ day.Work days: 5*/ week.
- Extra hours/ days may be required as per business needs.
Target type: Sales Closure Rate (%), Number of Closures per month.Pick up/ drop facilities: Not available.
Qualifications:
Education background:
- Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Business Administration.
- Previous work experience duration: Minimum 3 years.
Skills and work experience:Required:
- Process Excellence, Business Communication (English).
