Job Description
Customer Service Chat (70%) + Voice (30%). Need to solve query(related to Telecom product) of UK customer on Chat OR call
Skills Required :
- Minimum 0.06 Year of experience in customer service OR BPO OR KPO OR CHAT Experience.
- Good Communication skill is mandatory.
- Any Graduate (Full Time OR Correspondence) [10+2+3] with min 0.06 Year Exp.
- Should be flexible for 24*7 Shift.
NOTE:
- Undergraduates Fresher / Experienced & B.E/B.Tech Freshers are not allowed.
- Graduation from EIILM university is not allowed.
- B.E / B.Tech are not allowed.
