Job Summary
Carpediem is looking for an Associate Consultant who can work both independently and in collaboration with internal consultants on a range of projects across our four practices - Strategic HR, Employer Branding, Digital HR, Brand Management
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Tactical:
Conducting qualitative and quantitative research
Collating and analyzing client Insights
Designing business development action plans
2. Developmental:
Content Creation
Digital HR product optimization
Developing frameworks for growth hacking
3. Operational:
Support lead consultants in activating marketing plans
Support lead consultants with HR consulting projects
Client experience management
Desired Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:
- 0-2 years of work experience
- A post-graduate, preferably in HR
- Excellent command of the English language – both verbal and written
- Sharp analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
- Self-drive and willingness to perform a variety of tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Imagination
- Technology orientation
- Ability to influence without any direct authority
