Job Title: Associate Consultant (Night Shift)
Eligibility: BE/BTech 2017 (All Branches)/MBA with more than 55% in academics, B.com More than 55% in Academics.
Work Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM in night (US Shift)
Department: Marketing and Recruitment
Salary: INR 1.8K to 2.2 K per anum depend on interview
Job Location: Bhopal

Job Qualification:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
Strong passion for working with a startup company and being a part of the growth.
Possesses superior organizational skills. Is able to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills
Strong Business Sense, Business Development and networking skills
Excellent computer proficiency (internet, MS office - word, excel, power point)
Willing to work in night shift , US Time Zone

Job Responsibilities:

Interface with vendors to coordinate submission of candidate resumes on specific
contract and project opportunities.
Rate negotiations skills, resume finalizing skills, Isolate top notch consultants for open contract positions.
Knowledge of US work authorization and tax terms is an added advantage.
Maintain, expand and strengthen relationships with existing employees who are on their project.
Responsible for selling/marketing of existing employees on bench, through various channels like job portals, prime vendors.
Recruit People on our bench with technical skills
Making relationship with consultants and vendors
