The role

Responsible for onboarding a Cloud Customer to SoftwareONE Portal as well as Amazon Web Services.

Responsible for creating contract cards, creating, validating, and uploading the Cloud Services Agreement (CSA) on Navision

Responsible for creating purchase orders for services sold by SoftwareONE.

Responsible for creation of invoices as per payment terms and sending the invoices to the finance team

Sending out welcome emails to customer

Setting up users in the Navision who can contact cloud support

Responsible for building relationships with internal customers

Responsible to achieve SLA and quality as defined by process.

Committed to applying best practices in everyday work.

Collaborates with internal partners to meet objectives.

Automate bulk and repetitive tasks

What We Need To See From You

Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university

Excellent English written & verbal Skills

2-8 years’ experience in software industry

Should understand Amazon web services in terms of Billing and Operations.
Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills

Excellent Excel Skills

Solid problem solving, consultative and research skills

Ability to analyze information with attention to details.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Ability to research multiple sources to find data.

General math skills, PC proficient, knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP Systems

Reliable and desirable work ethic within a team environment

Proven ability to be hands on within a heavy workload environment

Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.

Ability to multi-task and be well organized.
