Assist with the coordination and completion of government, regulatory, and compliance documents for the Information Security and Information Technology and Product Development group within Imperva. Assist with the generation of reports and/or metrics that help track compliance issues identified through the Risk & Compliance Assessment process.
Record meeting minutes and create supporting documentation as required. Assisting with the assurance of the effective operation of Imperva's GRC and internal controls. Assist with performing walkthroughs of low to medium complex type systems and processes and identify gaps in controls. Assist in facilitating the audit and assessment work performed by the external auditors.
Work with business process owners to ensure timely review and updates to process documentation and controls for new and/or existing processes. Perform and document entity-level controls and workflows related to IT general computer controls. Assist with the readiness for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

Maintaining technical and professional skill sets :
Maintain an understanding of common industry best practices in regards to organizational models for risk management and compliance functions.
Maintain an understanding of current information security-related laws, tools, and trends via membership in professional organizations.
Maintain an understanding of current technology trends, and how those may impact security or compliance
0-2 year's experience leading IT compliance programs, security or audit
0-2 year's experience testing IT controls effectiveness
Knowledge of COBIT, SOX GCC, ITIL, HIPPA, Privacy Acts, and other IT compliance frameworks
Experienced with MS suite of tools
