- Candidates meeting below mentioned academic eligibility can send their profiles to Dimple at
- Qualifying Courses – BE/B.Tech – CSE, IT & ECE.
- Candidates should have passed out qualifying courses in 2019 only without any backlogs.
- Should have scored minimum of 65% in 10th, 12th and graduation.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of C, Java & Computer Networks.
- Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Aptitude Test.
- Second round will be with Technical Manager on the technical subjects.
- The Final round discussions.
- Initially six months training will be provided to the candidates in the Genesys Technology.
- Trained candidates should work in the Managed Services as an Associate Consultant.
- As Genesys is a niche technology and is rare to find in other companies, good amount of efforts & resources are spent on training the candidates. Therefore, candidate shall sign a 3 years contract with Voxai IT Solutions.
- Finally, selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 3.00 Lakhs per annum.
