Attend on the job training of SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Software Implementation initial 3 months conducted by Rolling Arrays SF Expert team Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis design re design and or organization structure definition Perform system configuration and user training Analyze Customer s requirements and propose the best possible solution mapping possible with in the product features Work with Project Manager and Solution teams to deliver SAP SuccessFactors projects Job Requirements Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science or Human Resources Fluent written and spoken English language skills Strong desire to make a career in HR Advisory and SAP SuccessFactors HR Cloud Software Implementation Projects
