Job Description

THE JOB
  • Associate Consultant to work with Prashant Srivastava directly on client projects like engagement surveys, development centres, workshops, training programs, and business development including preparing proposals.
  • Work on research projects with some of the professors from IIMs.
  • Significant data analytics and data modelling in the area of engagement, leadership competencies, and hiring.
  • Work with technology vendors to create platforms for engagement survey and competency assessment.
  • Learn SPSS and advance Excel to carry out data analysis.
  • The person will be responsible for creating databases for business development and search assignments. 
  • She/ he will also play the role of office manager.
