Job Description
THE JOB
- Associate Consultant to work with Prashant Srivastava directly on client projects like engagement surveys, development centres, workshops, training programs, and business development including preparing proposals.
- Work on research projects with some of the professors from IIMs.
- Significant data analytics and data modelling in the area of engagement, leadership competencies, and hiring.
- Work with technology vendors to create platforms for engagement survey and competency assessment.
- Learn SPSS and advance Excel to carry out data analysis.
- The person will be responsible for creating databases for business development and search assignments.
- She/ he will also play the role of office manager.
- Early responsibilities
- Accelerated career progression with the possibility of a promotion every 1 to 2 years and change in role every 2 to 3 years
- Role Changes: Associate Consultant to Consultant in 1 to 2 years. Project manager in 3 to 5 years. Director in 5 to 7 years. Partner in 7 to 10 years.
- Rapid compensation growth in the firm.
- You can expect 10 fold growth in compensation in 5 years. Eventually equity in the firm at the Partner level.
- The option of capital gains, in case of firm's buy-out.
- Exposure to global assessment tools and technology platforms
- Opportunity to create cutting edge tools and technology platforms, with the option of taking them global.
- Deep learning and steep learning curve. You should become an expert in HR analytics, AI, engagement or leadership in 5 years.

- You can expect 50 to 60% increase in compensation if you leave after 3 years, and 70 to 100% if you leave in 5 to 7 years.

- Academic qualifications and experience: Fresh /2-year experience BBA, BTech, BA Economics or MA Psychology or Industrial Psychology.
