JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a talented Content Writer to create compelling blog posts, product descriptions, e mailers, web copy, corporate collateral and advertorials.
The candidate should support us in our agenda of expanding our digital footprint and drive innovative and creative online content. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing content that enhance engagement and drive enquiries/leads. The ability to use data-driven insights to put together content is highly desired. The successful candidate should also be highly detail-oriented, willing to absorb and imbibe feedback, and committed to meeting tight deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, and relevant work experience.

Skills required:

Write copy that is clear, consistent, and in line with the brand voice of each division of the Company. Should be well written, without spelling mistakes, grammatical, or punctuation errors.
Maintain a consistent style across all communication material that goes from each division of Himalaya.
Visualize and align design elements and creative references for each content creation.
Ensure that the style of writing is conversational, customer-friendly, as per the requirement.
Ensure use of appropriate language when writing marketing collaterals.
Use SEO best practices to generate traffic to our site. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics is needed.
Analyse content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas.
