Job Description
We Altriust (Vertex), mostly into Voice/Non-voice process that too inbound as in customer service and Outbound as in Lead generation process as well as in Blended/E-mail Process, we do have several processes related to Insurance, Collection, Loans and Retention, food and service provider’s.
We required Fresher atleast if he/she must be good communication and experienced candidate specially from the BPO background atleast 6 months.
At least he/she must 12th or HSC or Intermediate or Diploma.
