The Customer Sucess team at Talview is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for absolutely and only the best people out there. We take the success of our customers from across the globe very seriously. We feel their joy. We feel their pain. Are you up for the challenge?

Additional responsibilities include:

• Training and onboarding customers

• Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention

• Documenting of help, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

• Discovering upsell opportunities and contract renewals

• Conducting customer feedback calls and reviews

• Contributing to product roadmap based on customer inputs and providing feedback to product team on new features rolled out

Location: HSR, Bangalore
Salary: Upto 2.4LPA
