Additional responsibilities include:

Training and onboarding customers

Resolving escalated customer complaints without the need for team lead intervention

Documenting of help, troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

Discovering upsell opportunities and contract renewals
-
Conducting customer feedback calls and reviews
-
Contributing to product roadmap based on customer inputs and providing feedback to product team on new features rolled out
Location: HSR, Bangalore
Salary: Upto 2.4LPA
