Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want.
Should have a critical thought process and decision-making capability with a focus on accuracy.
Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for graduation in knowledge.
Communication
Should possess good Average Hindi and good English verbal skills with the benchmark of VETI 4 for English.
Ability to comprehend and articulate Hindi in a normal.
Computer Proficiency
Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
Typing 25 WPM and 80% accuracy.
Additional Comments
Candidates should be open to a shift of 24x7.
Both side transportation will be provided.
