- Work Experience-Fresher - 12 months – U1,12 months to 18 Months – U1,18 months – U2
Skills and Ability
- Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure
- Should have good comprehensibility and understandability of what customers want.
- Should have a critical thought process and decision-making capability with a focus on accuracy.
- Customer centricity and eagerness to drive himself/herself for graduation in knowledge.
- Communication
- Should possess good Average Hindi and good English verbal skills with the benchmark of VETI 4 for English.
- Ability to comprehend and articulate Hindi in a normal.
- Computer Proficiency
- Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
- Typing 25 WPM and 80% accuracy.
- Additional Comments
- Candidates should be open to a shift of 24x7.
