Associate Customer Support: Domestic Process 

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate or Undergraduate fresher with Good written & verbal communication skills in English.
• FRESHER to 1 year of work BPO experience . 
• No Targets to be achieved
• No night Shifts for Females
• Fluency in English, Hindi & Gujarati would be an added advantage
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Knowledge & Skills Required : 

• Good communication skills in ENGLISH (written & Verbal), HINDI & Gujarati 
• Ability to use a desktop computer system

• Role is to take feedback from customers on service ratings provided.
• Handling the premium customer of entire India or particular circle.
• Ensuring customer loyalty and rebuild trust in Jio services.
• Responsible to identify reasons for customer dissatisfaction and perform analysis on case basis as per predefined guidelines.
• Responsible to provide end to end complete resolution to customer concerns.
• Interfacing with various departments to provide satisfactory resolution to the customers

• One time transportation for daily (pic or drop) for nearby 25 kilometres
• Day shift for both male and female
• Night shift for male only
• Basic salary approx. 11- k
• Need proficiency in any two language (English + Gujarati) Or (English + Hindi) Or (Hindi + Gujarati) Or (English + Marathi) Or (Hindi + Marathi) Or (Gujarati + Marathi)
