chain for perishables that is focused on quality, consistency,
traceability, and a high degree of predictability. We work closely with
our farming commuting enabling fresh vegetables to reach our customers. Our work ensures
fresh essentials are available to millions of people in Bangalore,
Hyderabad, and Chennai.
Responsibilities of candidates include:
• Answer inbound/outbound calls professionally and provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests
Language Proficiency:
English, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu/Tamil.
